Ovi uslovi prodaje definišu postupak naručivanja i plaćanja robe ponuđene na našim stranicama.

Isporučilac (Prodavac) robe je “Nova Bebe” d.o.o. Nova Pazova.
Kupac robe je posetilac web shopa koji odabere barem jedan proizvod, ubaci ga u korpu, plati platnom karticom, ili pouzećem. Putem web shopa www.bebebydunja.rs kupcu je omogućena kupovina svih proizvoda koji se nalaze na stranicama Prodavca.

Vlasnik web stranice je “Nova Bebe” d.o.o. Nova Pazova, sa sedištem u ulici Mladena Stojanovića 29, Nova Pazova (matični broj 21561924, PIB 111889867) i šifrom delatnosti 4618 - specijalno posredovanje u prodaji posebnih proizvoda.

Sve cene na sajtu su prikazane sa uračunatim PDV-om.

Sva plaćanja biće izvršena u lokalnoj valuti Republike Srbije – dinar (RSD). Za informativni prikaz cena u drugim valutama koristi se srednji kurs Narodne Banke Srbije. Iznos za koji će biti zadužena Vaša platna kartica biće izražen u Vašoj lokalnoj valuti kroz konverziju u istu po kursu koji koriste kartičarske organizacije, a koji nama u trenutku transakcije ne može biti poznat. Kao rezultat ove konverzije postoji mogućnost neznatne razlike od originalne cene navedene na našem sajtu. Istaknute cene u web shopu važe isključivo za kupovinu putem interneta.

• NARUČIVANJE 

Proizvodi se naručuju putem web stranice i neopozivi su. Ukoliko prodavac nije u mogućnosti da isporuči sve naručene proizvode, isporučiće raspoložive od izabranih proizvoda, a o tome će obavestiti Kupca e-mailom (telefonom) sa naznakom isporuke preostalih proizvoda. Sa isporukom tih proizvoda poslaće kupcu e-mail u predviđenom roku za isporuku preostalih proizvoda.

• PLAĆANJE

Prilikom isporuke, robu je moguće platiti kuriru isključivo gotovinom.

Platna kartica
Naručene proizvode s troškovima dostave (ako ih ima), Kupac će Prodavcu platiti platnom karticom.
Prilikom unošenja podataka o platnoj kartici, poverljive informacije se prenose putem javne mreže u zaštićenoj (kriptovanoj) formi upotrebom SSL protokola i PKI sistema, kao trenutno najsavremenije tehnologije. Sigurnost podataka prilikom kupovine karticama MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Dina i American Express garantuje procesor platnih kartica, Corvus Pay, pa se tako kompletni proces naplate obavlja na stranicama hpp integratora Corvus Pay-a. Niti jednog trenutka podaci o platnoj kartici nisu dostupni našem sistemu.

Plaćanje na 3 mesečne rate za iznose preko 10.000,00 dinara moguće je isključivo karticama Banca Intesa.

Sve cene proizvoda jasno su navedene na web stranici i uključuju poreze. Troškovi poštarine su takođe jasno prikazani. Trošak poštarine može varirati u zavisnosti od ukupnog iznosa porudžbine.

These Terms of Sale define the process of ordering and paying for goods offered on our website.

The supplier (Seller) of the goods is “Nova Bebe” d.o.o. Nova Pazova, Serbia.
The Buyer is a visitor of the web shop who selects at least one product, adds it to the cart, and pays either by credit card or cash on delivery. Through the web shop www.bebebydunja.rs, the Buyer is able to purchase all products displayed on the Seller’s pages.

The owner of the website is “Nova Bebe” d.o.o. Nova Pazova, with its registered office at Mladena Stojanovića 29, Nova Pazova, Serbia (Company ID 21561924, Tax ID 111889867) and activity code 4618 – specialized intermediation in the sale of specific products.

All prices on the website are shown inclusive of VAT.

All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD). For informational purposes, prices in other currencies are displayed using the official middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. The amount charged to your credit card will be expressed in your local currency, converted according to the exchange rate applied by card organizations, which we cannot know at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference from the original price listed on our website. The prices listed in the webshop apply exclusively to online purchases.

ORDERING

Products are ordered via the website and orders are irrevocable.
If the Seller is unable to deliver all ordered products, the Seller will deliver the available items from the selected products and notify the Buyer by email (or phone), specifying the delivery of the remaining products. With the delivery of those products, the Seller will send the Buyer an email within the anticipated timeframe for delivery of the remaining items.

PAYMENT

Payment methods

• Cash on delivery
  Upon delivery, the goods can be paid to the courier in cash only.

• Credit card
  The Buyer will pay the Seller for the ordered products, including delivery costs (if applicable), by credit card.
  When entering credit card details, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocol and PKI system, as the most advanced technology currently available. The security of payments made with MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Dina, and American Express cards is guaranteed by the payment processor, Corvus Pay. Therefore, the entire payment process is carried out on the pages of the Corvus Pay integration system. At no point are credit card details available to our system.

• Installments
  Payment in 3 monthly installments for amounts over 10,000.00 dinars is available only with Banca Intesa cards.

All product prices are clearly indicated on the website and include taxes. Shipping costs are also clearly displayed and may vary depending on the total order amount.
